Frappes and Pasta’s are my favorite. Every time I go to cafe’s I make sure to taste there frappes and pastas. This Cafe fits my taste buds when it comes to Frappe and Pasta. This is My Number 2 Recommended cafe in La Trinidad.
Ma’am Lhudz invites me and my partner for their food tasting before re opening (they had renovation), We tasted a lot of their menus and we are amaze to ma’am Lhudzky for her amazing talent in cooking, mostly the foods that she prepared are delicious and yummy. My personal favorites are fried chicken fillet (burger style), Pork Binagoongan, Lechon kawali in adobo sauce, Luhkto special for their desserts and the Frappes.
Our second visit was unforgettable because that was the time that I said Yes to my suitor haha. I am still full when we got there so we tried their frappe which is Chocolate Frappe. I can say that they used high quality chocolates for their frappes that makes it satisfying and mouth watering. They had also served us cheesy potato that is delicious and finger licking.
My third visit when my cousin asked me for a lunch date. So we ordered Matcha Frappe which is superb yummy and delicious, for the price of 110 it’s super worth it, I really taste the matcha and also it is milk based. We ordered the Kiniing Pasta which is unforgettable because of the mouth watering taste, it is creamy and tasty, we really tasted the kiniing that had a good combination with the pasta.
For our rice meal we ordered the Lechon Kawali in Adobo and Chicken Fillet (burger style) I requested potato instead of rice. Their lechon kawali is crunchy and terrific, they served with tomatoes and boiled eggs which is unique and amazing. The chicken fillet is extremely wonderful and superb tasty.
The place is wonderful that you will see different mugs hanged, there are also pictures about the history of Benguet.
So far this is my favorite at the moment. I keep on coming back because of their foods. You might also to try their new menu which is delectable and addicting especially their activated charcoal frappe and chocolate marble potatoes.
The staff and owners are friendly and accommodating, kudos to ma’am Lhudz for being kind and approachable to her customers.
