It’s an honor to work with Mr. Alankar of Eat Advisory PH, they invited me for a collaboration at the same time knowing each other. He ask me to meet them at Road Shack. The place is fantastic, their theme is Road. I find it amazing cause their staff has a vest just like the traffic enforcer. The place is painted with black and yellow that matched their name Road Shack. Their staffs are nice and accommodating. This Cafe is all in one: Cafe, Bistro,Restaurant and Restobar. Every night they have a live acoustic music.
Road Shack Cafe offers DIY Sandwiches Oh MY 🤗😋 this sandwiches have 3 slices of bread, 2 ham, 2 cheese,1 egg, 6 pcs. meat, big onion rings, tomatoes, cucumber and they have mayo and ketchup sauce. Of course the taste is a bomb. This sandwich will make you full.

This Kare-Kare is mouth watering gossshh you will eat 1 pot of rice because of the amazing taste. This kare kare is super delicious, you will really taste the oxtails and the vegetables are properly blanched. Hindi sya nakakasuya.
😋

Nachos and Fries-Special Nachos? Cause it taste like shawarma but instead of shawarma wrapper they used nacho chips and also this nachos is meaty, cheesy and creamy that will melt on your mouth amazing. This nachos also have a potato fries that matched the nachos and the dippings, they had a perfect combination that will make your mouth waters.
Their Onion Rings is crispy and I liked it because they used big onions and it is satisfying.
A barbecue on a stick? well the taste is the same to the street foods but I assure that they prepare them with proper food handling and it’s safe to eat for those who have a sensitive stomach like mine.

They also serve Bulalo, Bakareta (same as Mang Ed Bakareta), Crispy Pasta, Kilawen na Kambing, Inihaw na Liempo, Knuckles, Rice bowls, Sizzling Plates, Shakes, Pasta, Streetfoods BBQ, Coffee, Cocktails and many more.
This day is memorable cause we accidentally broke our eyeglasses but still I’m happy cause I’ve met them and they are nice to work with. I’m amaze to their photography works, check them out at Eat Advisory PH.
